LOCATION AND FACILITIES

Dhahran Ahliyya Schools is in the Doha area; on Prince Sultan Street beside Farm Stores Number 5 (map).

The schools’ beautiful purpose–built buildings, leased from Saudi Aramco, are especially designed to give each age grouping its own special cluster of classrooms and facilities. All clusters share the schools’ several science laboratories, special English classrooms, fully equipped industrial arts and home economics rooms, rooms, gymnasiums, theater and many playgrounds. There are multi-purpose nine computer laboratories spread throughout the two schools in addition to wireless tablet PC labs. There are also computers and multimedia equipment in each classroom. The English and Arabic libraries of the two schools contain more than 70, 000 books, which are managed and supported by UNICORN internet-based system and available for students, faculty, parents and guests from the area. The boys’ school also has a full sized soccer field, running track and courts for basketball, volleyball and tennis.
