Principal of Elementary Girls School

With over twenty years of experience in education, Mrs. Lamia Khaled Al-Dabal has significantly contributed to the development of the field. She began her career as a teacher, progressed to a biology supervisor,

and later became a Program Coach in the Eastern Province for advanced science. Currently, she leads the elementary and kindergarten levels at Dhahran Ahliyya Schools.

Mrs. Al-Dabal has actively participated in numerous programs aimed at enhancing education in the Kingdom, providing professional training for teachers and students. She has served on judging committees for Mawhiba and robotics competitions for several years and was a member of the follow-up committee for the Administrative Excellence Award within the Eastern Province's Education Department. Additionally, she worked as an ambassador for the educational vouchers project by Tatweer Holding Company, focusing on children with disabilities in private schools.

Her contributions also include being part of the committee for personal interviews and preparing employment data for private schools, as well as reviewing tuition fee requests for private and international schools over several years.
