Mrs. Lama Nasser Al-Akkas is the intermediate and high School principal at Dhahran Ahliyya Schools and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language. With over twenty years in education, she has significantly contributed to the field through various roles, 

starting as an English teacher for both secondary and elementary levels, before becoming an educational supervisor at the Education Office in Al-Khobar.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Al-Akkas engaged in numerous programs aimed at educational development, including judging Ministerial Competitions, overseeing standardized tests, and supporting educational initiatives within schools. She trained English teachers at the Education Office in Khobar and the Education Department in Dammam and participated in workshops to modify English language curricula.
Additionally, she taught students in the Mawhiba program, guiding them in project presentations in English and translating materials. Mrs. Al-Akkas has attended various educational conferences and workshops focused on enhancing English teaching and overall educational advancement in the region.


She played a pivotal role in developing a strategic plan outlining key educational objectives for Elementary English Education. As one of the initial leaders in implementing the Masaraat System at the secondary level, she was instrumental in establishing the program and training teachers, students, and parents on its fundamentals.


Additionally, she oversaw students in aptitude and achievement tests and their enrollment in the MISK program. She also participated in training for both international and local competitions, including robot contests, scientific creativity challenges, and various Olympiads such as the Hippo and Kangaroo contests, along with numerous sports competitions, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Saudi Sports Federation.
